A shared commitment to safety
At Cameron Brae, safety isn’t just a box to tick — it’s a shared responsibility and a genuine expression of care for the people who help bring our communities to life.

This week, we took a moment to pause, reflect, and connect on site at Birling with our trusted contractors TRN, CJ Doyle and Bevridge Williams. What began as part of our regular Safety Walk and Talk turned into something more — a chance to share a bite to eat and thank the people behind the progress.
Our General Manager of Development, Paul Gerlach, acknowledged the teams for their commitment in turning what we’ve planned on paper into real-world momentum.
“Many hands go into development,” Paul said, “and we have a genuine care factor for the people involved. This project — and every project — relies on people, not just plans.”
We’re proud to work alongside contractors and partners who share our values. Safety is the foundation that everything else is built on. That’s why we encourage everyone on site to speak up, look out for one another, and flag anything that doesn’t feel right.
If it doesn’t pass the sniff test — don’t walk away. Say something.
Our approach to safety is simple: everyone deserves to go home safely at the end of the day. That mindset underpins our operations, our culture, and our commitment to delivering quality outcomes on every site.
This small moment of recognition and camaraderie might seem like a humble gesture, but it says a lot about who we are and how we operate.
Thank you to everyone helping to make Birling a safe, respectful and proud place to build.
